After receiving your request and inspecting the condition of the services you have paid for, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 10 days from the receipt of your request to process your refund. The funds will be refunded by the original payment method. For credit card payments, it may take from 5 to 10 business days. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your company.
